The Timeline block on its own does not have many settings aside from width and the dot indicator positioning. Note the indicator/progress bar do not appear in the editor. The block should be used within the Group block to apply the necessary background color (or the custom container). Each Timeline Item can add a card block, heading block and/or media & text block.

WDG will create two patterns for use on the site – one for a timeline containing the starting point for a card based timeline and one for a media & text based timeline. Note that if a timeline block is started from scratch, the cards, headings and media & text blocks will need to be configured. Examples of these setting updates include:

• Card
  • removing the image block
  • adding the date/eyebrow and applying both the is Is Eyebrow and Highlight (color) rich text settings
  • setting the button style to Smaller Outline
• Heading
  • applying the Text Gradient rich text setting
• Media & Text
  • Adjust the image width to 55
  • depending on item order, change the media placement
  • adding the Statistics block (and deleting unnecessary statistic items as 4 are added by default)
  • adding the Buttons block and setting the button style to Smaller Outline
  • adding a margin bottom to the block
