The Association takes great pride in our Members’ commitment to enhancing the education of Canada’s youth. An essential component of our educational mission is to provide a forum for the leaders of today to meet with the leaders of tomorrow.

The three-day conference will feature personal and professional development sessions, inspiring speakers, and engagement with influential change-agents. We encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity.

The Scholar & Alumni Conference is centered on two major goals:

Goal 1 – Foster meaningful and sustained connections between Horatio Alger Scholars, Alumni, Members and the Association

Goal 2 – Provide personal and professional develop for Scholars and Alumni

Since its formation in 2009, the Horatio Alger Association of Canada has been motivated by the goal of establishing life-long relationships with the young people who receive its scholarships.  Your presence here is gratifying proof that you value your relationship with the Association as well.  Not only do we wish to inspire you and to provide useful information over the next three days, we also hope that this conference will be the start of a robust, ongoing relationship with your fellow Scholars, Alumni, Members and the Horatio Alger Association of Canada as a whole.
